Friulano

Tocai Friulano, now known as Friulano (after a disagreement with the Hungarian government regarding the “tokai” name) is a very popular white grape native to Friuli-Venezia Giulia where it has been grown since the 1600’s. Regardless of the name, the tastes of the Friulano and the Tokaji differ significantly.
