Why we love it

The Pastiera Napoletana, originally an Easter cake now made all year round, is the southern response to the northern Colomba, according to the tradition, a wheat cake with ricotta cheese and candied orange peel and our artisan pastiera is made with cow’s ricotta cheese. Our artisan pastiera, made only with natural ingredients, is packaged in a protective atmosphere and has a shelf life of 2 months.
